I followed your suggestion to adjust the rack, but the problem is that the rack cannot get past the washer arm. The third rack came out completely the first time I used it, and after putting it back, I can't get it past the upper wash arm. Tried adjusting the adjusters but that doesn't help. What should I do?

I purchased a Maytag top loading washing machine, model # MVW7230HC, approximately 3 months ago. When using heavy load settings, the clothes do not spin properly, leaving them wet and needing to be wrung out after the load finishes.
