I got 2 new convection coil cartridges for my 35-year-old electric Jenn-air cooktop (part # 00-JEA7000ADSA). When installing, 3 corners lay flush with the edge, but the 4th corner sits almost 1/2 inch above the edge of the cooktop. I see 2 screws that seem to be preventing the cartridge from sliding in completely. The screws are not standard and have a flat middle with a small lip around them. How do I fix this?

The start button on my Whirlpool WED4950HWO, which is less than a year old and located in our closed garage, is not working. I have tried unplugging it, holding the button down for 5 seconds, turning off and on the main electric box, changing settings, and ensuring the door is closed tightly. The light comes on when I open the door, and the drum spins but feels tight. What could be the issue and what should I do next?

I purchased a Bosch 800 series 4-door refrigerator used. The filter was clogged, so I replaced it for the indoor water dispenser. I have water getting to the unit, but it's not coming out of the water dispenser. The ice machine also does not work. What can I do to fix this?
