I have 4 L&L kilns all using Genesis controllers. I am having difficulty anticipating failures of my relay switches. What is the meaning of relay 'Health' in the Diagnostics section of the controller, and specifically what does the VALUE column pertain to?

I have a KitchenAid fridge freezer KRSC503ESS00. The icemaker isn't working, and no water is getting to the ice tray in the door. The water dispenser is working fine. I replaced the icemaker and the valve. What should I check next?

Cannot turn lower oven off. The oven is electric and was bought in September 2020. I have tried following the manual instructions, unplugging, and restarting, but the issue persists. What else can be done?
