I have a 2009 Samsung 28.5 cu ft refrigerator with french doors and ice and water service on the outside of the door. The ice maker stopped producing ice after four years of operation. The water filter has not been replaced for a couple of years, but it is not clogged, and the water dispenser still functions. The ice maker slowed down and then stopped completely. I have tried resetting it with no results. How should I proceed to diagnose and fix the problem?

We have a whirlpool oven from IKEA in the house we have bought. We don't know the model and we have no manual. We used the self-cleaning feature and now the oven is locked and we cannot open it. Is there any way you can help?

My replacement icemaker works only when I manually ground to neutral. The freezer has been cold for 24 hours, but the motor circuit won't close. The fridge is a Maytag model MSD 2434GEW, and the icemaker is a WHP D782470Q. I have replaced the icemaker twice before with no problems. What could be the issue, and what should I check?
