I have a 3-year-old Samsung front loader dryer. When I turn it on, the hourglass symbol appears on the display and it won't start the cycle. The door closes and stays closed. I have cleaned all the vents and the vent tube, but it still shows the hourglass and won't start. What could be the issue and how can I troubleshoot it?
