We just had a new washer and dryer delivered on 12/15/23. The dryer is a couple of inches shorter than the washer. When we look at pictures of the two together, they appear to be the same height, and it looks like there is a panel missing at the bottom of the dryer. What should we do to address the height difference and the missing panel?

My Maytag washer's latch won't unlock, and the electronic controls are unresponsive. The washer is a top loader and has finished its cycle. I've tried unplugging it multiple times, but it still doesn't unlock. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a 2005 Dacor Dual Fuel range model # ERDE48SBK NG. The right side electric oven (larger oven) shuts down when attempting to preheat to 350 degrees in pure convection, convection bake, and bake modes. The control panel goes dark, and power must be restored by turning off and on the circuit breaker. The left side electric oven (small oven) works fine. Have you noticed any error codes or error messages on the display panel? Is there anything else the Appliance Technician should know about your range?

My LG WT110CW washer is showing an OE error code. I have checked the drain hose for clogs, replaced the drain pump, and reset the washer by unplugging it. The drain pump works normally when the tub is empty or has only water, but adding clothes causes errors during the cycle. The machine also shows 'Dr' on the panel and drains when turned off, but wash cycles do not complete normally. What could be causing this issue and what should I do next?
