I have a 4-year-old Sub-Zero Model BI-36U/S/P/H refrigerator/bottom drawer freezer that is leaking water from the inside. The condensation trough/channel in the rear of the refrigerator is constantly freezing with ice, preventing the water from draining through the small outlet hole in the rear wall and drain tube that extends into the reservoir pan below. I've cleaned out the drain tube, but the trough/channel along the back wall of the inside of the refrigerator continues to freeze, blocking the drain line hole. In addition to cleaning the drain line virtually every day for the past two weeks to no avail, I've also cleaned the condenser fins/coils, replaced the water filter and air filters, and reset the system accordingly. What else could cause the constant freezing over of the trough/channel? Is it a poor gasket/seal? Is there an evaporator fan, and if so, is it not working? Also, noticed that previously whenever the fridge or freezer door was opened and closed, the door would be 'sealed' and hard to open. There was also some type of motor or fan or compressor sound whenever the door was closed, but that doesn't happen all the time now. Is that contributing to the problem?
