I have an Amana Refrigerator, model #ABB2222 FEQ-BC bottom freezer, that makes a knocking sound every time the motor comes on. I've had a technician check it, but they only adjusted the temperature. The noise is very disturbing, especially when I have company. What can I do to fix this knocking sound?

My dryer does not get hot, model # PNED7200TW. The dryer was drying well and fast until a few days ago when it stopped producing heat. I cleaned out a significant amount of lint from the vent, but it still doesn't heat up. I also changed the socket from a 3-prong to a 4-prong, but there are only 3 wires in the wall. What could be the issue, and do I need an electrician?

I just got a new stovetop and they mention a 5-inch clearance area around the metal burner box on the right side due to the high BTU burner. I don't have that much clearance. Is there some kind of heat shield I can use?
