I have a brand new Maytag MVWC416FW washer that hasn't finished a wash cycle after two hours. I've encountered error codes F8 (sensing wash) and F5 (sensing rinse) followed by 'spin done'. The lid lock light hasn't come on, and I'm unsure if this is a lid lock issue or something else. What could be causing these error codes, and how can I resolve the issue?

Hello, I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner 2 dishwasher that is 9 years old (Model #Du1100XTPS3). At the start of the wash and rinse cycle, very little water goes into the dishwasher. If you put water in manually, it runs fine. During the cycle when the system calls for water, I get a reading of 250 on a multimeter. What should I check to resolve this issue?

We bought new replacement gaskets for our fridge and freezer, but they don't seem to seal as tightly as the old, damaged ones. The new gaskets were folded in the box for shipment and were laid out on the table for a couple of days before installation. What can be done to improve the seal of the new gaskets?
