I have a cooktop on the range where several burners would not light after boiling maple syrup and cleaning. The right rear burner still will not light, and I smell gas when trying to turn it on. How can I fix this issue?

I have a KitchenAid KGRS807SSS01 gas range. The oven sparks and works fine, but the stove burner igniters will not spark. There is gas running through all four burners, and I can light the burners with a match, but the igniters (on all 4) will not spark. Each control knob, when turned to the "Light" position, will produce a faint clicking sound that can be heard as if it is coming from underneath the cooktop. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
