How can I fix my Samsung fridge model # RF23HCEDBSR/AA with a cracked ice master bucket and a pulled-out auger screw? Is there a diagram available to temporarily reassemble the auger blades, and what is the part number needed to replace the ice container?

During the clean cycle of my KitchenAid Supurba KEMC378KSSO (electric, 2002), the oven suddenly stopped working. The breaker did not trip, and the panel remained normal. I suspect either the bake or broil elements failed, or the temperature sensing unit detected an unusually high temperature. What could be the issue, and how can I diagnose and potentially fix it?
