I have a Fisher Paykel washing machine with a plastic valve under the top rim at the back of the tub that is dripping water around the plastic valve/diverter into the tub. I think this is a fill diverter valve. I do not know why it is dripping water other than a possible crack, but why would it be dripping around the orifice if water pressure is not applied? Not sure if the problem is in the shutoff valve and also a cracked diverter valve.

I have a very late model GE over-under refrigerator (freezer at the bottom) that is about two years old. The freezer is fine and running normally, but the refrigerator is only slightly cold, almost warm, with no push of cold air coming from it at all. I've cleaned the compressor and fan/coil area, but there's been no change. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I have a 1996 Sub-Zero model 561. The freezer feels like a refrigerator and stopped making ice. The refrigerator is also running but does not feel as cold as it should. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to diagnose and fix it?

I have a GE 30" Electric Range with a Self-Cleaning Oven purchased in 1989. I followed the self-clean directions but now the oven door latch won't move to the left to unlock the door. I tried shutting off the power and running another cleaning cycle, but the latch still won't move. How can I open the door?

The temperature of my Viking refrigerator (Model number VCBB363LSS) will not come down. I have shut off the power and restarted it a couple of times, but the air that is coming out still is not cold. Can you help?

I recently purchased the ADER65 Dehumidifier and set it to achieve 35% relative humidity (RH). The humidity control shows that the RH is 35%, but the motor continues to run without shutting off. Any suggestions?
