I have a free-standing Bosch range, model hes246u/01, which is around 12 years old. The oven broiler setting isn't working, and it takes a long time to preheat on the bake setting, but the convection bake works fine. I plan to do the work myself if possible. What should I test or check, and is there a reset option that might help?

The automatic shutoff bar on my Kenmore Elite #7904 2015 ice maker won't come down. Usually, when we turn it on, the ice dumps right away, but this didn't happen last night. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?

What rubber grate feet products are compatible with AGA Legacy 36 inch range grates? I am unable to find AGA specific products and need replacement rubber feet for the grates and a replacement grate post that inserts into the range top and holds the grate in place.
