My clothes dryer is not working. The drum turns by hand, the belt is in place, the motor turns freely, and the thermal fuse is okay. I checked the 220V at the wall plug and the terminal block inside the dryer. The timer clock starts when I push the start button, but the motor does not. I also checked the wires on the motor and the timer, and they are secure. What could be the issue, and how can I troubleshoot it further?

I am getting an error code 'OC' on my Frigidaire electric stove's display panel. The model number is CPLEF398CCB. The power tripped from the main board during cooking, and when I tried to turn it back on, it beeped and kept showing 'OC'. The range top works fine, but I cannot press any buttons on the display for the oven. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?
