I have a GE Adora Hydrowave top loading washing machine, model number D0W3, with serial number FZ154(43)16. The machine has not been spinning clothes dry for months, leaving soap bubbles at the bottom after the rinse cycle. It also makes a lot of noise during washing and spinning, and now it has started to leak. There is no visible leak from the hoses. What could be the issue and is there a recall?

Replaced Heating Element, Thermistor, Thermostat, Fuse, everything, still getting HE error code on Samsung Dryer. Dryer is heating, just getting HE error code, one wire to the heating element did show signs of melting, replaced it, wonder if it messed up the element again. Any thoughts?
