I have a GE Cafe dual fuel oven with a gas stove and electric oven, about 5 years old. When the oven is used, I can get 110V to ground on the oven casing. My wife has also been shocked when touching the oven and dishwasher at the same time. I've checked for bare wires and unplugged some things, but the issue persists. The oven is rarely used, and the gas burners have never been used. What could be causing this issue, and what should I check or do to resolve it?

Trying to install a Mod# ***** upright washer/dryer. It's a top-loading, brand new washer. I have a wiring question: I am wiring a 3-wire plug with white, black, and ground wires. Instructions say to attach the “neutral” wire to the center screw and “the other wires to the outside screws.” Not sure what goes where.

Hello! I have a Jenn-Air dual wall convection oven. The power comes on, I can set the temperature on both ovens but it will not heat up in either oven. What might the problem be?

My front-loading washer, which is 1 year and 2 months old, is leaving clothes soaking wet at the end of the cycle. It started last Thursday, and I have no idea what to do.
