I have a GE double oven model 326B1230P001, about 19-20 years old. After a self-cleaning cycle, it's showing error code F7. I've tried resetting the circuit breaker and cleaning the ribbon, but the issue persists. What could be the problem, and where can I find replacement parts?

I have a Hisense fridge with a bottom freezer, model HRM145N6AVD. The freezer is working fine, but the fridge is not getting cool. The temperature in the fridge is 68°F, and I have it set to 36°F. I've tried shutting down the fridge for 10 minutes and resetting it, but it didn't help. I've also checked the damper door behind the back wall inside the fridge, and it was shut. I opened it, but the fridge still isn't cooling. I've noticed an F1 message on the temperature display, which goes away when I mess with the thermistor, but the fridge still doesn't blow cold air. What could be the issue, and what should I do next?
