I have a GE dishwasher that since I changed the drain hose, the dishes are now coming out with a white film all over them. I think it is soap. I haven't changed detergent and have always used the same one. Is there something else that it could be other than the phosphate-free detergent? Could the drain hose need to be at a certain pitch to prevent soapy water from reentering the dishwasher causing the rinse cycle to contain soapy water?

I have a large Avanti Wine Cooler, 100 bottle size, WC681BG. The unit is becoming a freezer with temperatures going down to 35 degrees even though it is programmed to 54 degrees. I have tried turning it off and on again, but it doesn't help. What should I do?
