I have a model WDT720PAD2 dishwasher showing an F2/E2 error code. I want to replace the W10917737 user interface housing. I have removed the door shield and screws from the interface housing but need to know how to release the socket plug catch where it attaches to the dishwasher. I tried to pull it but it won't release. What happened just before the error code was displayed was a water leak from a coffee maker that dripped onto the dishwasher. I have tried turning off the circuit breaker for a while, but it did not reset the dishwasher. What should I do to release the plug?

I have a GE microwave model JVM1780SM1SS. The fan stays on when the door is closed, even when not cooking. I've tried cutting power, but it doesn't change. The buttons on the panel beep when pressed. What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?
