I have a GE Profile Model PFSS9PKYSS French door bottom freezer, purchased in May 2010. The unit does not keep either the fresh or freezer sections cool, despite the panel showing the internal temperatures exactly as set. Thermometers placed in both sections show temperatures significantly higher than set. This issue started about 2 months after purchase and has gradually worsened. Unplugging and plugging the unit back in temporarily resolves the issue by resetting the control board, but it recurs within 8-48 hours. I have had the main logic board replaced, but the problem persists. The unit is under manufacturer's warranty and has an extended warranty that hasn't kicked in yet. How should I proceed to resolve this issue?
