I have a GE Profile Refrigerator (TBX25PA) that is about 8 years old. Water is accumulating below the crispers in the refrigerator section, which I believe is due to a clogged or frozen drain. I suspect the drain is behind the back panel of the freezer. How can I locate and clear the drain, and what tips do you have for removing the freezer back panel on this model?

My dishwasher won't start. It's a GE GDT695SSJ0SS, 2 1/2 years old. I've tried turning off the power at the breaker for about 5 minutes and held the select cycle button for a test, but it still doesn't start. When I push the start button, it beeps three times instead of starting. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I cannot get my front-loading washer door to unlock. I leaned into it to get something above it while it was off, and the door lock light came on. How long has this been going on with your washer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else we should know to help you best?

I need to store a Brother XL3617 sewing machine in a cottage over the winter, along with blankets and other items. Should I use a gasketed or ungasketed box for storage, and how can I prevent rusting of the sewing machine's parts?

My Maytag dishwasher is not filling with water and I don't know why. It was fine the other day. The model number is m d BA 709 P A W 0. I do not plan on working on it myself. Any advice would be great.
