I have a GE range with a backward C displaying and can't use the touchpad. The oven is electric and about 3 years old. I have tried turning off the breaker for more than 60 seconds and using the bake/broil functions, but nothing has changed. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I'm working on a GE stack set GUD24ESSM1WW and am trying to get the nut loose on the basket. I'm trying to find the correct spanner for the nut. I have tried wx5x1325 and tb123b, both of which are too big. The nut is about 1 1/4" or maybe 32mm. What tool should I use to loosen this nut?

My Scotsman ice machine has a frozen water line due to cold weather. The drain pump is frozen and won’t drain. The machine turned off on its own, and the ice has melted inside but won’t drain. We just got the pump to turn off. Can we use hot water inside it to unfreeze it? It’s 12 degrees where I am outside.
