I have a GE refrigerator (GSH25kgre) that isn't cooling. The temperature controls at the top of the fridge section are a touch pad, but they don't show any numbers. If I push either the control for fridge or freezer, zeros show on both but they won't change. Additionally, I don't hear a fan in the freezer and there is no frost on the inside back wall. The lights are working, but my husband mentioned that the water line to the ice machine might be frozen. What could be wrong?
