I have a GE refrigerator with a side-by-side configuration and a freezer below. The water filter is located on the left door, and I have a Ready WF-41669C water filter to install, but it won't fit. The instructions say to line up the tabs and not to twist it, but I can't seem to do that. Additionally, the water dispenser and ice dispenser stopped working two days ago, which led me to realize I needed to replace the filter. What could be the issue with the filter not fitting, and where can I get the correct one?
