I have a GE side-by-side fridge model GSL25JFPA BS. The push button on the ice dispenser doesn't work, and the motor doesn't turn. The ice maker was overflowing, so we had to turn it off occasionally. Now, we're not getting any ice, even though there is ice in the maker but it won't drop. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?
