I have a GE top-loading washer model # GTW720BPN0DG. It is over 2 years old and not under warranty. It has been working fine, but now I can no longer start it. The Start/Pause button is flashing, and I can change cycles, but it won't start. I have unplugged it for 2 minutes and plugged it back in, but nothing changed. What could be the issue, and what steps can I take to resolve it?
