I have a Gemini gas double oven range. The electronic ignition on the cooktop is malfunctioning. When I turn on one burner, all four burners activate and none of them can be turned off. I have unplugged the range, but when I plug it back in, all four burners still try to light and continue to click on and off. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I have a Maytag "Quiet Series 300" dishwasher that we purchased a few months ago. There is a grinding noise that occurs at the beginning of the wash cycle and continues for about the first 45 to 50 minutes. The noise goes away at the end of the wash cycle and throughout the drying cycle. The dishes come out clean, but I'm concerned that we may be damaging the dishwasher by running it. I've checked for debris or other obstructions and the washer jet arms seem to move freely upon inspection. What could be causing the grinding noise and what should I do?

The spring on the door of my Kenmore Model#6651777581 is intact and its retainer is intact, but it does not keep the door from falling open. I replaced both spring and retainer with new parts, but the issue persists. A friend suggested that the alignment might be off. What should I check to resolve this issue?
