I have a GFW850 washer that is acting strange. I can turn it off and on with the on button, but the go/pause button just blinks on and off and will not start the washer. It is set to Quick Wash and when I turn the selection knob the light stays on at Quick Wash. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to troubleshoot it?

What happened just before my GE dryer displayed the E-11 error message? When did you first notice this issue with your GE dryer? Has anything like this happened before? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?

My microwave, installed on 2/16, worked for the first two days but now does not heat at all. The light, fan, and other functions work, but it doesn't heat. I have unplugged and plugged it back in and checked the manual. What should I do next?
