I have a grandfather clock with a Hermle 461053 H K 23 movement. The clock chimes the melody twice on the hour and strikes once each time the melody chimes the second time. However, it doesn't chime on the quarter, half, and three-quarter hours, although I hear a click sound. The chime wheel moves slightly to the right when it starts to play the melody, causing it to not catch the hammer ends. I've added a small washer to keep the wheel in place, which allows the chimes to play when I touch the screw on the wheel gear, but it doesn't start on its own when the minute hand is on a quarter. How can I fix the chime and strike synchronization, and is the position of the yellow circled screw (which I accidentally unscrewed) causing the issue?
