I have a Bosch 16 - Water Wizard - Instant External Water Heater with serial number TF 400 - 1BNG. It is over ten years old and has not been serviced since installation with no previous problems. The unit will not ignite after replacing the batteries. Initially, it ignited when hot water was turned on, but the electronic igniter kept re-igniting the pilot when hot water was off.
