I have a two-door GE refrigerator. The freezer side is freezing only from the bottom half, and the fresh food section is also freezing from the bottom half. There is water being released from the bottom of the refrigerator through the floor. The coil in the freezer had frost from top to bottom, and the fan seems to be working. What would cause these issues and what can I do to fix them?
