I have a Jenn-Air slide-in oven/range. The oven will not turn on and the light will not come on with the button. There are about 4 buttons on the front that are not working. The stove top is functioning and the timers work. The oven is electric and about 8 years old. What could be the issue and what should I check?

How do I reset my Samsung dryer control panel? The dryer model is DVE45N5300WIA3. It just started malfunctioning, not stopping unless the door is opened and not heating. What have you tried so far?

I need to cancel a service appointment scheduled for tomorrow, 12/8, between 8am-12noon. The appointment is for a GE microwave model PEB9159SJ2SS, bought in 2018, at the service address 3636 N Hullen St, Metairie, LA 70002. The technician was previously here in November, parts were ordered, and he is scheduled to install the new parts tomorrow. However, we tested positive for COVID and need to cancel the appointment. What information do you need to cancel the appointment and ensure the technician does not show up?
