How do you remove the control panel on the left door of a Samsung refrigerator RFG297HDRS? The cover plate is already off, and I suspect the relay in the panel is not operating as there's no sound when I try to dispense ice or water. I removed the screw under the panel, but can't seem to budge the board.

I am working on a KitchenAid dishwasher model KUDS30IVBS3 with symptoms of multiple flashing lights on the control panel and standing water in the bottom.
