I have a Kenmore Elite HE3 front load washer with error code F-13, indicating a problem with the dispenser actuator. I replaced the dispenser motor twice, but now none of the dispenser motors move when the washer is turned on, and I still get the F-13 message. I ran the diagnostic and everything works except the dispenser motor. I measured voltage at the connector and the CCU, and there is a signal, but the motor doesn't move. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

Hi, I took the freezer door gasket off my Maytag MTF1972HRB Refrigerator freezer because it was leaking. After removing the ice buildup and putting everything back, the leak stopped, but now the freezer is not freezing. It is somewhat cool but not close to freezing. What could be wrong and how can I fix it?

I have a GE Dryer Model DSXH47GG0WW. It keeps beeping, similar to the beep when pressing buttons, especially when using the sensor drying feature. Switching to timed dry temporarily resolved the issue but it started beeping again after a month. Pressing the cancel button stops the beeping briefly but it starts again. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?
