Our Samsung DV511 electric dryer will not start. It is showing a screen symbol (possibly a lint filter symbol?), and then an hourglass symbol. My GE Refrigerator (6 year old model: CYE23TSDCSS) has two issues: 1) The upper portion and right-hand door are not cooling sufficiently, with frost/ice buildup on the back wall and in vents. The freezer is cold but items have visible frost. 2) The touchscreen control panel does not accept inputs, though hard buttons for water/ice/light/etc. are OK. The touchscreen does not respond after resetting. What could be the issues and how can I diagnose and repair them?
