I have a Kenmore French door refrigerator that is not cooling, even though everything else seems to be working fine. The motor and fan are running, and it clicks on and off, but it only blows out hot air. I cleaned the coils and the drip tray, and the fridge is about 2 years old. What could be the issue, and what can I do to fix it?

I'm working on a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher model DD605. The original complaint was an F1 error code caused by a clogged drain hose on the top drawer. After unclogging the hose, the F1 error was resolved, but now the top drawer won't close all the way, causing an F5 door lock error. I've checked all components, including wires, hoses, the rubber lip of the lid, and the closing cams, but the drawer still won't close properly. Additionally, after getting the drawer to close, the dishwasher now has a locked rotor that I can't remove. What could be causing these issues and how can they be fixed?
