I have a Kenmore refrigerator that is not very old but is out of warranty. It is making a growling noise when the condenser comes on, and the noise seems to be coming from a black large cylinder at the back. The cylinder rattles when shaken, but it cannot be removed. The refrigerator is still cooling, but the noise is loud. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I have a Gaggeneau KG103-8 cooktop with 2 burners that won't stay lit. I've replaced the thermocouples, but the issue persists. I suspect it's the gas valve, but Gaggeneau says it's no longer made and can't be repaired. Are there any sources for used parts for this model? If not, the cost to replace the entire unit is significant, and it works fine otherwise.

My GE stack washer WN1100LOWW (serial number LT201433T) keeps lapsing into 'pause' during cycles for no reason. Pushing the Start/Pause button restarts the washer, but it stops again after several minutes. The door latch seems to cycle locked/unlocked at random. The washer drum rotates very slowly and won't spin. What could be causing this issue, and how can it be fixed?
