I have a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator/freezer model #363.58551892, serial #84026038. Recently, the lettuce in the top crisper drawer started freezing, and the freezer side appeared to thaw out. The unit wasn't making any running sounds, but the lights were on. After unplugging and plugging it back in, it seems to be working again. What could cause this issue, and what can be done to prevent it?

I have a WFK 2401 washer. Error code 3 appears during the rinse cycle, indicating a failure to drain in time. The pump empties water during the wash cycle but fails to start during the rinse cycle. I manually drain the water to complete the rinse and spin cycle. The water levels appear correct, and the pressure switch hose is clear. What could be causing this issue, and what additional checks should I perform?

My Maytag Neptune Washer (model MAH5590BWQ) has a door locked light indicator that is off, and the time display shows 'DO' (door open) followed by 'FL' (fault). The washer door is locked and won't open, even after unplugging the machine and attempting a spin cycle. The 'DO' light remains on after the door locks. What should I do?
