I replaced the motor on my LG DLE3777W dryer and had to disassemble and reassemble it. Now, if I put too many clothes in, it won't spin, even with a normal-sized load. I thought the belt was slipping, but it's not. The drum just can't turn with much weight. What could I have hooked up wrong?

We just purchased a home in Florida with a Whirlpool Duet HT washer & dryer. The washer does not complete its cycles, requiring manual intervention for rinse and spin. Model # XXXXX, serial #cst1904236, serial # XXXXX. We do not have a manual. Is there a website to print it? Is there a recall for this issue? Is it expensive to fix? Can my husband install the part? Where can I get the part (website)? Is it covered under warranty? The washer's warranty date is 12/20/2006. Thank you for any help.
