I have a KitchenAid Beverage Center with 3 temperature zones and only one adjuster knob. The top zone is supposed to get down to 37°F but only goes down to 43°F. I moved the sensing bulb away from the evaporator as suggested in a recent KitchenAid service bulletin, but the temperature remains the same. The other two zones are also warmer than they should be. What can I do to fix this issue?

I have a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator where the refrigerator door was left open, causing ice and water to accumulate and some food to spoil. Now, the refrigerator side does not cool, although the freezer works fine with some frost. The fins are clean, and the compressor is running continuously. What can be done to fix this issue, and how long will it take for the refrigerator to return to its normal temperature?
