I have a KitchenAid fridge model KFIS29BBMS. Ice (lots) keeps building up on the top of the Deli Drawer so that it cannot be closed. How do I get the ice there out; how do I prevent it; is it necessary to call for service; is something malfunctioning?

Our oven made a strange noise while cooking, locked, and won't open, even after it cooled. It was on thermal oven at 350 degrees, not self-clean. Any suggestions? It is a 17-year-old 30-inch convection oven in black.

After a power outage, my Maytag washing machine (model MDBH979SAM1, about 5 years old) is acting erratically. When I select Normal and auto wash, rinse only, sanitize, and delay wash 2hrs, it doesn't respond correctly. Is there a specific sequence to reboot the electronic panel?

I have a Samsung RS265TDWP side-by-side refrigerator that is not making ice. After resetting the icemaker, it only fills enough water for about 3 cubes and then stops. I have verified that the water valve is working. How can I determine if the issue is with the icemaker or the control board?
