I have a KitchenAid KEBD278 Double electric oven. My glass door on the top oven cracked, and I ordered a replacement glass. However, I cannot figure out how to remove the door to replace the glass, as this oven does not have the flip clasps on the hinge for easy removal of the door. What am I missing?

I have a VT 1400 external vent fan, horizontally mounted on the roof, which turns on and runs for about 20 minutes before shutting down. It can be restarted after an hour. The fan is an older model installed in 1999. What could be causing this issue?

In my GE gas cooktop, fire comes from the knob after cleaning. My wife used Pledge and GOO Gone kitchen degreaser. We unplugged the cooktop for 2 hours and plugged it back in, but the same issue occurred. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?
