I have a KitchenAid refrigerator model KRSC503ESS00, purchased in December 2016, that stopped making ice. Test 44 (harvesting) cycles but ends with a 23, and test 45 (fill) does not fill and ends with a 01. The ice tray seems to be in place but the system doesn't recognize it. I replaced the control board and the ice maker (IM), but I'm getting the same results. The manual says I should have 14V, but I'm only getting 4.25V during test 44 and 8.4V during test 45. The ice tray moves fine, but it doesn't indicate 'home'. What could be the issue?

The issue could be related to the ice maker cycle being off (indicated by a 2 in test 44) or a fault...
