I have a KitchenAid refrigerator, model number KFIS25XVMS2, and the arm of the ice maker is stuck in the off position. I have tried to lower the arm manually, but the tension was too great, and I did not want to break anything. I do not see any ice holding the arm in the up or off position. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I have a Whirlpool Model LER463LPQ0 dryer that won't stop running and isn't heating. The knob doesn't seem to be progressing, and it only stops when I open the door. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

We have a model 250sx ng tankless water heater. It heats fine, but almost every time we need it to turn on, it will not come on, so we push on the reset button. Sometimes it will work, and sometimes it takes 3-5 times to get it to work. Please advise.

Why does a new 5-ton split unit in Surrey start and stop every 2 minutes, even though the Freon is okay and it cools perfectly? How can I regulate this cycle to extend it to at least 4 to 5 minutes?
