I have a Magic Chef Chateau free-standing double oven, model number 7458XVW. The bottom oven is gas with electric start, the 4 burners are gas with electric start, and the top oven is electric. We purchased it in 1998 and have loved it! Our problem is the top oven will not turn off when we turn the switch to the off position. We have been unable to troubleshoot and find a solution. We have to keep unplugging it. Can you suggest what the problem is and/or where to find the solution, please?

My refrigerator stopped cooling. The fan in the refrigerator is running, but nothing on the freezer side is working. The compressor is almost too hot to touch and doesn't appear to be running. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I just bought a new GE Washer model GLWN2800D0WS (top loader) less than a week ago. I noticed last night while running a full load (with water level on Super) that when the rinse cycle began, the washer started agitating before the tub was fully filled (maybe 1/2 full). Is this normal? It looks to me if it is normal that it would be really rough on the laundry.

My 30" built-in double electric oven has malfunctioned. The control panel is dark, the unit has power, no fault codes are displayed, and there is only a beeping noise. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
