I have a Maytag electric clothes dryer, model #MDE2600AYW, serial #XXXXX. One of the three fins or bars on the inside of the dryer drum is coming loose. I can see the two threaded bolts that secure it but can't figure out how to access the nuts to tighten them. Can you help?

I have a ceiling fan Model 233 798 installed since 09/2005. The light has dimmed, and I have changed the bulbs with no change in brightness. The fan is operated by a remote control. What could be causing the dimming, and how can I fix it?
