I have a Scotsman CME656 air-cooled ice maker that has been stored for 4 years. When I hooked it up, there are no lights on the controller panel, and the buttons are not responsive. I used a sensor to confirm there is power coming into the controller. Is the controller a likely suspect?

My KitchenAid KUDP02FRSS4 dishwasher doesn't work. The Normal and Cancel buttons flash endlessly.
