I have a Maytag washer and the agitator stopped working. When I lifted the clothes out, the entire agitator came out, filling the wash tub with oil. I placed it back into the tub and heard it click, and now it is working fine. Any idea what would have caused this?

I replaced the entire part including the screen and circuit board. It lights up but the fridge and freezer keep clicking back to 'OFF'. I can change the temps, and they only stay on for a few moments. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I accidentally left Teflon-coated oven liners in my double oven during a self-cleaning cycle.
