I have a Microwave JVM1870WF001 purchased in April of 2004. All functions are normal except the actual heating. Trying to operate results in a roaring sound and no heat. I am guessing the magnetron tube is kaput. Contacting the 800 numbers existing in the operator's manual results in prohibitive service fees. I have the oven open with all items exposed and see little difficulty replacing the tube. The manual tells me that the tube has a 10 year guarantee. Can you help me?

I am getting the U1 code on the top drawer of my dd603 dual drawer dishwasher. Its full of water, which I will drain myself. I looked at all the connections to make sure nothing is kinked or obstructed. Can I repair this myself?

My Amana Refrigerator/Bottom freezer ABL2227FES has an issue where the freezer is working but the refrigerator is not cooling. I cleaned the coils and set the temperature to 7 for a day, but it's still at 60 degrees. This is similar to an issue in 2009 where the electronic control was replaced. Could this be the same problem, and what else should I do since I can't get a service tech for 7 more days?

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator model number KSRA251LSS03, side by side. I'm getting ice build-up in the bottom of the freezer. I've cleaned the coils and the bottom of the refrigerator, but the issue persists. I suspect the drain from the freezer to the drip pan might be clogged. How do I fix this issue?

When I select the cold water wash, the cold water trickles into the washing machine very slowly. If I select the hot water, it goes into the machine with no problems. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?

I have a GE Washer Model # XXXXX. It is not spinning during the spin cycle. The belt appears fine, and the agitator and drive shaft are turning manually. The control knob is not matching the cycle being performed. What could be the issue and how can I troubleshoot it?
