I have a new top-of-the-line Bosch dishwasher just installed. The controls are on top when the door is closed, unlike my old model. When I push on, then normal, start (with the door open), and then close the door, the lit-up choices go off. This is different from my old Bosch. Is that normal? Additionally, the dishwasher stopped after 5 minutes into the cycle, with water pooled at the bottom and dishes not clean. Did I turn it off by checking on it? Is there an interruption in flow or some other problem?
